SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship orders within the United States.

Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery:
Standard shipping generally takes approximately 2–5 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Delays:
While we work to ensure timely fulfillment, Fit Glow is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We may be unable to modify an order once it has entered processing or fulfillment.
